Cowboy Mounted Shooter Overall World Champion

Circle Y Saddles, America’s Leading Saddle Brand, is proud to add World Champion Cowboy Mounted Shooter, Kenda Lenseigne, to its Team Of Champions. As the history-making 2009 Overall World CMSA Champion, 2010 Overall National Champion, 2010, 2008, and 2007 Reserve World Champion Cowgirl, and multiple world record holder for the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association (CMSA), Kenda brings to Circle Y expertise and a competitive edge in this fast growing sport.

Kenda, who splits time between her ranches in Washington and Arizona, has led the women’s and open events in the relatively new sport of mounted shooting. A holder of six World Record times, Kenda has definitely found her game. She is also four-time World Point Champion in CSMA events. She currently trains horses and riders for mounted shooting while teaching clinics and competing in over 30 events across the country.

Champion Cowboy Mounted Shooter and Champion Horse Trainer

Circle Y is proud to have champion cowboy mounted shooter Dan Byrd on our Team of Champions. With more than 20 years of horse training experience, he has produced winning horses in cowboy mounted shooting and a variety of Western and English disciplines.

Lisa Lockhart is a professional barrel racer and barrel horse trainer. She is a wife, mother, and rancher. Tammy Fischer is a 5-Time NFR Qualifier, Calgary Stampede Champion, and Rodeo Houston Champion Barrel Racer. She collaborated with Circle Y to design her signature treeless barrel saddle. Fischer’s saddle suits the rider that likes a deep, secure seat with an upright swell and 5” cantle. Jackie Jatzlau is a 2-time NFR qualifier, multiple futurity and derby champion, and AQHA World Champion. She collaborated with Circle Y to design her signature treeless barrel saddle. Jatzlau's saddle appeals to the rider who prefers a more open seat, with a lower swell and 4”, laid back cantle. The treeless design of her saddle keeps the rider in close contact with the horse and allows unrestricted movement.

Multiple Champion Barrel Racer

Mesa Leavitt, age 16, has dominated the IPRA, NBHA Youth World, Josey Jr. World, and numerous other barrel racing competitions for the past several years. In 2010, she won her fourth consecutive IPRA Barrel Racing Championship, and, in 2008, she won the Triple Crown of Barrel Racing which includes the All-American Youth Race, Josey Jr. World, and the NBHA World. Mesa has collaborated with Circle Y to design her signature all-around saddle perfect for barrel racing and roping.

kenny harlow


Born and raised on a dairy farm in Culpeper, Virginia, Kenny Harlow resides at his training facility, Cedar Run Ranch in Cumberland, Virginia. It is at his Cedar Run Ranch that Kenny provides apprenticeship and intensive certification programs as well as private training sessions.

Kenny and his horses travel throughout the eastern United States doing five-day symposiums, clinics, expos, demonstrations and training sessions. He is internationally known and has successfully completed an eight-day clinic tour in England, which was hosted by the AQHA UK. Kenny teaches 17-20 clinics per year and has worked thousands of horses. For the past ten years, Kenny has participated at top-rated events such as Horse World Expo in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, the Festival of Champions and have attended Equine Affaire in Massachusetts and Ohio.

Dressage Competitor, Judge, Horse Trainer, and Clinician

Pam Grace is a professional dressage exhibitor, horse trainer, clinician, and “L” dressage judge. In her lifetime with horses, Grace has ridden several disciplines, including barrel racing, reining, polo, and race horses, but “dancing” with horses is where she excels. Grace is a 5-time ABIG Grand
Prix Champion and USDF Gold Medalist with numerous wins in the dressage ring, including 87 USDF All Breed Championships and countless ABIC, GAIG and Southwest Dressage Championships. Grace’s latest
endeavor is the relatively new discipline of Western dressage, the melding of Classical dressage and Western horsemanship.

Clinician, Horse Trainer, and Competitor

Trainer and clinician, Luke Reinbold, believes the relationship between horse and rider should be something that is enjoyed. He stresses the importance of being able to control every part of your horse. While conducting clinics Luke teaches how to build trust with your horse while using common things found along the trail or in the barn, using everything as a learning experience for the horse. By keeping things new and interesting for both horse and rider a stronger trust relationship is formed.

dawn samuelson


Dawn Samuelson is a clinician who focuses on the “Emotional Coat” that horse owners wear when trying to be successful with the many training techniques other instructors promote. She believes that this “coat” reflects the life experience of horse owners and can be a barrier to honest communication between a horse and its handler. Dawn appears as clinician at Equine Affaire, and other major horse venues across the country. She also uses her therapy skills and her horses together at her farm in New York by holding workshops with battered women and handicapped children.
